All our Orders are Designed and Printed by us in our U.K workshop.
Returns
Returns/ exchanges are happily accepted if you are not 100% happy with your order, Please just drop us and email via hopeandgloom@gmail.com and we can discuss this within 30 days of your order arriving. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of the return postage of the item being a small business. Returns are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item
United Kingdom
We aim to ship all orders with in 2-3 working days of your order being placed.
UK Orders are shipped Via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, you will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. We have a flat rate shipping charge 0f £3.50 on all orders.
International Orders
All international orders are sent fully tracked vie Royal Mail and you will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
All international buyers including EU and European buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do not collect European VAT during the sale process so you is your responsibility to pay this when the item arrives in you country. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders to arrive, we are not held responsible for any delays due to customs.
